Delivery Information
1. Cost of delivery
Pick up at our Castle Hill warehouse is FREE of charge.
Delivery fee depends on your location and the total purchase amount, as well as the Cubic Weight of the order, a Shipping Surcharge will be added to the base rate as shown in the below table. The actual shipping charge will be displayed at your checkout.
For deliveries not included in the areas listed below, please email us for a quotation prior to ordering.

2. Delivery time
All our products are in stock. We do not offer back orders.
Smaller orders/items will be delivered by Startrack at kerbside or ground level only. Drivers may require assistance. Please contact us if you need help in receiving. Tracking number will be provided after pickup. Please make sure someone is available to receive according to the scheduled delivery day. It usually arrives within a week. Startrack will not contact you by phone.
Larger or fragile orders/items will be delivered by special furniture freight company. It will take 1~3 weeks depending on your locations. The freight company will make contact first prior delivery
After placing your orders, we will advise you which delivery option we are taking.
3. Warranty and Returns.
Any damages during transport will be repaired/replaced at no extra cost. If you change your mind or if you decide the product is not quite what you are looking for, you may return it to us within 7 days for exchange or refund. Shippng cost is not refundable and customer is responsible for the return shipping.
